5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee only if you have not downloaded or opened the files and can demonstrate no value was received. Refund requests must be submitted via our contact email within 30 days of purchase. All refunds are processed at our discretion through Lemon Squeezy.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Product shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Potter County, Pennsylvania.
