Email within 30 days of purchase. No questions, no form to fill out. Include the email address you bought with.

Can you tell me what to do about my tenant?

No — and I want to be clear about that rather than give you a vague answer. I'm a landlord, not an attorney. I can tell you which document in the store covers a situation. I can't tell you what your rights are, what notice period applies to you, or what to file. That's a question for a Pennsylvania-licensed attorney, and for anything contested it's worth the money.

Do you manage property or write custom leases?

No. I sell templates I built for my own units. That's the whole business.
